Return Policy

Cancellation, returns and replacement of products

You have the right to return the products you purchased and ask for replacement if you prove that the fault was ours. This includes wrong products, low quality or damage due to bad packaging.
You are advised to check the condition of the parcel you receive in order to be sure that the exterior is intact.
The maximum time in order to initiate a return is three days after the date you received. The products must be returned with the commercial receipt or invoice. You must maintain the original packaging when you return a product. In any case, you must contact us before shipping back anything.

1. Return of new products
New products can be returned if:
You contact us the day you receive or the next, the latest.
The product must be intact, without removing any of the original seal, or packaging.
The original receipt or invoice must be included
If the products are not returned after 5 work days, we may refuse the return or replacement.

2. Return of faulty used products
Used products that appear to be faulty can be returned if:
You contact us one or two days after you receive.
You can ship it back to use at our expence, using a courier of our choise. The receipt or invoice must be present.
After we receive the product, it will be checked.
In case that its faulty we are obliged to fix it or replace it within 20 days. You may receive the same product, or somehting else of similar value, after agreement.
In this case, both return and ship back cost is paid by us.
In case that the product is not faulty we may refuse the replacement. The product will be shipped back to the customer, who is charged both shipments.

3. Return of used products that are not faulty
Our products are mainly used, old video games, accessories and consoles. Although we ensure that everything is in 100% working order, there are may be some cosmetical imperfections. We are willing to replace a product even if its in 100% working condition under these terms:
The costomer must phone us in order to explain the nature of the problem. If we agree to take it back then the customer can ship it to us without paying anything for the transportation. The replacement will be sent back after we receive the product. The total cost for the replacement is 6 euros by deposit, or 8 euros by paying cash on the return shipment.

Cancellation of an order

The customer can cancel an order. This can be done either by calling or emailing us. Cancellation is only possible for products that are available in the eshop. Its not possible for orders that require us to purchase the product before selling it to the customer. Money that have been received in advance for an order will not be returned.
