All the accessories we trade are genuine unless the word “OEM” is written. In this case they are made by third party companies, but 100% compatible with the console for which they were made.
The photos of the original accessories depict exactly the product that is being sold.The photos of OEM accessories may differ from the product. But this has exactly the same characteristics as the product depicted.
All used items (consoles and accessories) are sold without their box, unless otherwise stated (“Boxed”). Products marked as “Box only” are packaging boxes without the contents (console or any accessory).
All used video games are sold with their box and cover unless “disc only” or “single disc” is listed. About 90% also contain the manual. Also all are European versions unless otherwise stated (NTSC, USA, Japan etc.).
All consoles are sold without controllers only with the necessary cables to operate. The customer can buy one or more controllers together with the console. An exception are the collectible consoles that are sold with their box.These are accompanied by a controller.
All photos in the eshop are stock photos from the internet. The customer will be notified before sending the order If the product differs significantly from the photo.
11. Guarantee of used and new products
All new products are accompanied by the manufacturer’s warranty. Used consoles come with a 3, 6 or 12 month warranty. Used accessories do not come with a warranty as it is not easy to determine if the problem was caused by misuse, for example a fall.
12. Products with stock 0 or special orders
The eshop gives the possibility to order products even if they have stock and price of 0. The process is completed as follows: By confirming the order in which there is even a product with price 0, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order is pending. Within 2 working days you will receive an email stating the prices for each product that is to be ordered. In order to proceed, 30% of the total price must be paid in the store, deposited in a bank or Paypal within 2 working days. If the deposit is not completed within 2 working days the order is automatically canceled and the price offer is not valid. After the advance payment, the order will go to the “Waiting for receipt” stage. After the products arrive in our store, you choose the payment method for the remaining 70%.
We have the ability to search for any game, console or accessory and to order it even if it is not registered in the database of the eshop. Send us an email at info@retro-gaming-club.gr and within 2 working days an offer will be made with the price. The product is then created in the eshop database and orders are made according to the procedure described in the previous paragraph.
