Payment methods

The Products, prices, shipping terms are those that are listed in the registration confirmation of your order. Payment is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made by one of the following payment methods:

1. Payment by credit card:

The online store of Retro Gaming Club accepts credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners. All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alphae-Commerce” electronic payment platformand use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key. In this case, the card details are not stored anywhere, but are used only during checking and debiting. No credit or debit card number is stored on the server of www.retro-gaming-club.gr.

2. Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery):

Pay the courier, upon delivery of your order at your place. The cash on delivery method is valid for every place in Greece. Cash on delivery has an additional charge of € 3.

3. By deposit in a bank account:

Prepaid your order in one of the following accounts of the Banks we work with:

and inform us by email at sales@retro-gaming-club.gr about the type of payment that was made.You do not need to send us a copy of the payment. Once the deposit is confirmed, the order is shipped

In case of deposit from a bank different from those of the company, then the costs are borne entirely by the customer. There may also be delays until the money appears in the business account. The order will be shipped after the deposit is completed.

4. Receipt and payment of your order from the store:

You can place your order from our online store and pick up your products from our store. The products that have been paid for can be picked up whenever you want during the opening hours of our store. Unpaid products can be picked up from our store within 2 working days, during the opening hours of our store.The order will be canceled on the 3rd working day if it is not paid.
