Execution of order/ cost of shipping

1. Checkout

You will receive an email regarding the details of the order, after the final confirmation.

Please be aware that this email may be delivered to your spam folder.

2. Delivery dates

We can ship everywhere in Greece. Your order will be processed no later than the 2nd working day after the confirmation. Shipments are executed daily except Saturdays, Sundays and puplic holidays.

Delivery time depends exclusively on the courier company you have chosen. Delivery times may be longer during holiday periods, extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.

3. Cost of shipment

The shipping cost is € 3,5 (including VAT) for each order weighing up to 2 Kg. For every extra kilo there is a charge of 1 € per kg.

4. Extra charges

There is an extra charge of € 2,5 when the payment is made upon delivery.

Hard to reach areas:

In case the payment is made by cash on delivery and the shipment by Geniki Taxydromiki, there are no additional charges.

In case you choose shipping with ACS (regardless of whether it has cash on delivery or not) or shipping by Geniki Taxydromiki (excluding cash on delivery) then, if the shipping address is considered hard to reach by the courier company, there will be an additional charge. We will contact you before sending the order.

5. Shipping by another courier

In case you prefer a courier company other than ACS of Geniki Taxydromiki, then the transport costs are paid by the customer. In this case all payment methods are accepted, except cash on delivery. The payment of the order must have been completed before the receipt of the parcel. The customer has the responsibility to contact the courier of his choice and the parcel must be received during the opening hours of the store.

6. Delay of delivery

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
The product has been delayed from being sent by our supplier either because there were delays during its customs clearance, as a result of which we do not have it in our warehouses when we estimate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to ship the remaining items (if any) without this product. This product will be shipped immediately upon receipt.
Money that has been given as an advance payment for the order cannot be refunded, due to delay in receipt. Also the down payment can not be used for any other purchase.
